#y=3#

#4x=-11+y#

#=> 4x+11=y#

And

#-6x-9=y#

As both are equal to y , they should be equal.

#4x+11=-6x-9#

#=>4x+6x=-9-11#

#=>10x=-20#

#=> x=-2#

Now put this value in any one of the equation to get value of #y.#

#y=-6x-9#

#=>y=-6(-2)-9#

#=>y=12-9#

#=>y=3#
