We know the volume of a cone = 13πr2h1 cu. units [ h1 is height which = 66.]

& volume of a cylinder = πr2h2 cu. units. [h2 is height which equals to 5]

As per questions, 13πr2h1+πr2h2=45π

πr2[1366+5]=45π

r227=45

r2=4527

Now area of the base of the cylinder = πr2=π4527=53π
