Probability of green then blue

With replacement, on our first draw, the probability of getting a green marble is #6/16=3/8#

and then getting a blue marble is #2/16=1/8#.

We multiply the probabilities to get #3/8xx1/8=3/64#

Probability of white then white

We go through the same process as above. The first draw gives us #8/16=1/2# and the second draw gives us the same, so we multiply #1/2xx1/2=1/4#
