Would you recheck your question? Given these conditions, concentration=14.4meqL1

Explanation:

First, we calculate [Mg2+] in units of molL1.

[Mg2+]=0.675g24.305gmol1×11925×103L

=1.442×102molL1

1.442×102molL1×1000meqmol1

=14.42meqL1

(i.e.1 mole=1000×103)

I am really not very happy in using this mass to represent a quantity of Mg2+. It should have been a mass of a neutral salt, i.e. MgCl2 or Mg(NO3)2, which speciates in solution to Mg2+ etc. I would check your question.
