Given
vec(X)+vec(Y)=vec(R)

So vec(X)+vec(Y)+vec(Z)=vec(R)+vec(Z)

Ler the angle between vec(Z) and vec(R) be theta=170^@

Also given abs(vec(Z))=13.5N and abs(vec(R))=19.3N

Now abs(vec(X)+vec(Y)+vec(Z))= abs(vec(Z)+vec(R))

=sqrt(abs(vec(Z))^2+ abs(vec(R))^2+2abs(vec(Z))*abs(vec(R))costheta)

=sqrt((13.5)^2+ (19.3)^2+2*13.5*(19.3)*cos170)
=6.45N
