Explanation:

When writing the equation out, always put the larger number on top. Then, multiply the numbers in the ones spot:

6*5=30

Under the line you put the 0 in the ones spot and add then put the 3 above the tens spot and add them to the next equation which is:

6*7=42 +3 =45

Now, keep multiplying along the 275 with 6 until there are no more numbers to multiply and then add the remaining numbers in front.
Repeat these steps with the 4 in 46 and put the numbers you get under the first numbers. Put a 0 or an X in the ones spot under. Add the two numbers together and now you got 12,650 tablets. See picture below:
