New volume is $18.15$ $L$

We know that, $(P_1V_1)/T_1= (P_2V_2)/T_2$

So here, $P_1= P_2$ = constant

$T_1=150^@C$ = $(150+273)$ $K$ ,
$T_2= 640$ $K$

$V_1=12$ $L$ , $V_2=?$

So,
$V_2=(12xx640)/423$ = $18.15$ $L$
