Explanation:
In certain molecules the only predominating intermolecular forces are developed when a partially polar atom polarises a non-polar atom in order to form a net dipole moment in the molecule.
This inter molecular force of attraction is also called induced dipole- induced dipole attraction. This results in the London dispersion force.
