Why are there no radio waves on the moon? How is this beneficial to the study of space?

On earth lot of television,Radio. mobile communications, satellite communications all sends out radio waves.
Explanation:
There is no such activity on Moon.So if we make radio telescope on lunar surface it will be free from noises..This will help to detect faint signals from deep space probes or ET!.
