Human sperm or spermatozoon (plural spermatozoa) is about 60 micrometer long. It is divided into : head, neck, mid piece, tail and end piece.

The head contains acrosome (contain enzymes) and nucleus.
Mid piece contains mitochondria. They provide energy for motility.
