You should know that how many bonds are between $"A"-"T"$ and $"G"-"C"$ .

Adenine and thymine binds with $color(red)(2$ Hydrogen bonds.

Whereas guanine and cytosine binds with $color(red)(3$ hydrogen bonds.

Now, count how many $"A"-"T"$ and $"G"-"C"$ bonds are there.

I found $color(red)(4$ $"A"-"T"$ bonds and $color(red)3$ $"G"-"C"$ bonds.

Then total amount of hydrogen bonds are $color(blue)((4xx2+3xx3)=17$
