What type of quadrilateral has four congruent sides and two obtuse angles?

It is a rhombus.
Explanation:
Out of all quadrilaterals only a square and a rhombus has 4 congruent sides, but in a square angles are also congruent (and right).
Rhombus does not need to have 4 equal angles, but it must have 2 pairs of equal angles. Angles in one pair are acute and in the other - obtuse.
Note: A square is also a rhombus, so in last paragraph I write about a rhombus which is not a square.
