What makes hydrogen peroxide a polar molecule?

Each hydrogen peroxide molecule contains 2xxO-H bonds.

Explanation:

As in water, the O-H bonds are polar, i.e there is substantial charge separation. Of course, the O-O bond itself is non-polar so that when we assign oxidation states to this molecule, we have H^(+I) and O^(-I). Nevertheless, we would rightly predict that hydrogen peroxide is polar.
