Explanation:

At #10# #""^@C#, the solubility of potassium chloride is measured to be #31.2*g# per #100*g# of water. Because the volume of the solution would not change radically upon dissolution, you could use this result to give a solubility in #mol*L^-1#.

Interestingly, on looking at the table, I notice that the solubility of potassium bromide is almost twice this value.
