Slope=0.

Explanation:

Observe that the line represented by the eqn. y=7 is a Horizontal Line, i.e., parallel to X-axis.

Recall that slope is a measure of inclination of a line with the +ve direction of X-axis.

From the above, we find that the slope of a Horizontal line is 0.

In another way, formula to find the slope of a line represented by the eqn. : ax+by+c=0 is slope=-a/b.

In our case, since, a=0, b=1,c=-7, we get the slope=-0/1=0, as shown earlier1
