All objects in the universe attract each other in proportion to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the distance between them.

Two objects of mass #m_1# and #m_2# separated by a distance #r# will attract each other with a force #F# as described by this equation:

#F = G(m_1m_2)/r^2#

Where G is the universal gravitational constant.

#6.673×10^(−11) N m^2/(kg)^2#

Gravity is the weakest of the four known forces. The other forces are the Electromagnetic Force, the Strong Nuclear Force, and the Weak Nuclear Force.
