Here the longest chain of the compound containing principal 2 functional groups #-COOH# has total #7# C-atoms.
So stem name is 'hept'

and the compound is saturated one .

So next suffix added with it is 'ane'

After that suffix for two #-COOH# groups i.e . 'dioicacid' is added.

The only substituent carboxymethyl #(-CH_2COOH)# group is linked with the main chain at position #C_4#. So this name is to be added as prefix with locant #4# before it

Hence the IUPAC Name becomes
