What is the domain of $f(x) =(10x-4) / (x-1)$ ?

If you write it as follows $f(x)=(10x-4-6+6)/(x-1)=(10x-10)/(x-1)+6/(x-1)=10+6/(x-1)$

So the domain is $R-{1}$
