Spectroscopy is the science of analyzing radiation.

Light, visible and non-visible, exists in what is known as the light spectrum. A spectrograph is sensitive to the varying wavelengths of light, from ultraviolet to infrared.
Electromagnetic spectrum is just another term for the entire light spectrum.
