Regioselectivity concerns what region of the molecule reacts to form selective products. Many addition reaction have this kind of selectivity.
Stereoselectivity concerns in what conformation the products will be after a reaction. A basic example of this is SN2 reactions, that proceeds via a transition state,
that encourages inversion of configuration of the chirality center.
