Explanation:
Usually, in a sentence, the adjective comes before the noun. An anastrophe switches that around. It's used to create a dramatic effect and gives weight to the description given by the adjective.
Some examples:
He spoke of times past and future, and dreamt of things to be.
I taste the ice cream delicious; it flows smoothly like water.
Powerful you have become; the dark side I sense in you. (Yoda, Star Wars)
