#(7-3)-:(-5+5+|-6*-1|-2))=1#

Explanation:

We have to solve operations in the order of PEMDAS i.e. first Parentheses, then Exponents, then multiplication, division, addition and subtraction in that order. But when we have a set of parentheses within another, we should solve internal parentheses first. Hence

#(7-3)-:(-5+5+|-6*-1|-2))#

= #4-:(-5+5+6-2)#

(Here #-6xx-1=6# as when we multiply two negative numbers, the result is positive.)

= #4-:4=1#

Note while #-5+5# cancel our, #6-2# is #4#
