Explanation:

And of course "VSEPR", "VESPER" for short, stands for "valence shell electron pair repulsion theory." Last year, in some of my A2 classes I mastered (well, became a bit handy in) the art of balloon folding, and used those long-sausage shaped balloons to illustrate VESPER......I am not yet available for childrens' parties.
