Darwinian evolution explains how all the different forms of life that presently exists could come about by totally natural causes starting from a theoretical first cell.

Explanation:

Darwinian evolution does not explain where or how the first cell came into existence. It attempts to explain everything biological that happened after the first cell

According to Darwinian theory there is 1.an infinite possibility of variation in an organism. 2. Each organism produces many more offspring that can survive. 3. Those offspring best suited to the environment will survive ( Survival of the fittest) 4. Those offspring that survive because they are better adapted will pass those adaptation on their offspring. 5. through these types of modification through descent all present living organism are related.

  1. Present understanding of genetics limits the variation possible in a geome. Mutations accidental changes in the DNA are thought to produce the possibility of infinite variation.
(There is presently no experimental evidence that mutations can create "new" information or more functional genes and proteins.
  2. definitely true
  3. definitely true
  4. definitely true.
  5. That evolution occurs is beyond question. That evolution creates anything beyond variation within a species is still a theory.
