x - intercepts are (2/3,0)(23,0) and (-4,0)(4,0)

Explanation:

Given -

f(x)=3x^2+10x-8f(x)=3x2+10x8
y=3x^2+10x-8y=3x2+10x8

Put y=0y=0

3x^2+10x-8=03x2+10x8=0

3x^2-2x+12x-8=03x22x+12x8=0

x(3x-2)+4(3x-2)=0x(3x2)+4(3x2)=0

(3x-2)(x+4)=0(3x2)(x+4)=0

3x-2=03x2=0

x=2/3x=23

x+4)=0x+4)=0

x=-4x=4

x - intercepts are (2/3,0)(23,0) and (-4,0)(4,0)
