There are several pros and cons of mining including :-
PROS
- Mining helps us to extract important and useful metallic ores , which we can use in our daily life for our own comfort to make useful commodities .
CONS
- Because of mining we tend to cause soil erosion as after mining extraction is done , we don’t re-assemble the soil particles again as due to intense mining activities , they become loose and hence , the phenomenon of soil erosion occurs .
