NaOH(aq) + HNO_3(aq) rarr NaNO_3(aq) + H_2O(l)

Of course NaNO_3(aq) is present in solution as Na^(+) + NO_3^(-)..........Nitrate salts tend to be VERY soluble in aqueous solution.
