Carbon Dioxide (CO_2) & Water (H_2O)

Explanation:

Octane is made up of simply Carbon & Hydrogen.

In complete combustion, all the carbon and hydrogen atoms present react with oxygen ('combust') and thus the following occurs;

C + O_2 = CO_2

4H + O_2 = 2H_2O

For Octane this would be;

2C_8H_18 + 25O_2 = 16CO_2 + 18H_2O
