The conjugate acid of NH_3 is NH_4^+, ammonium ion; the conjugate base is NH_2^-, amide ion.

Explanation:

The amide ion does not exist in aqueous solution. Nor does the imide ion, NH^(2-), nor does azide ion, N^(3-) (which are the conjugate bases of which species?). In pure liquid ammonia these species might well exist.
