Hyoid bone-- 1, Malleus--2, Incus--2, Stapes--2.
Explanation:
There are 3 pairs of small bones in the middle ear cavity. Three bones in each side, i. e. 6 bones. These bones are called Malleus, Incus and Stapes.

The position of the middle ear bones are shown in following diagram, here we can see these bones are not directly connected to the skeletal system.
There is a bone in neck region, called Hyoid bone, which is not directly connected to the skeletal system.
