Torres Bodies
Explanation:
Viral inclusion bodies are product of their replication, which is taken by the virologist as an important identification factor of individual virus.
It may be intranuclear as well as intracytoplasmic, below are some examples,
INTRANUCLEAR INCLUSION BODIES
1 . Cowdry type A : Herpes viridiae
2. Cowdry type B : Entero viridae (Polio,Coxsackie)
3 .Torres bodies : Yellow fever virus
INTRACYTOPLASMIC INCLUSION BODIES
1 . Negri bodies : Rabies Virus
2 . Henderson-Roterson bodies : Molluscum contagiousum (entomopoxvirinae)
3 . Guernieri bodies : Variola virus (Chordipoxvirinae)
Remember MEASLES VIRUS has both intracytoplasmic as well as intranuclear inclusion bodies, known as WARTHIN-FINKELDeY CELLS
P.s - Apart from the virus, some bacteria too forms inclusion bodies, but they are always intracytoplasmic and they represent microcolonies only.
Example : Levinthal-Cole-Lillie Bodies for Chlamydophila psittaci
Halbersteider-Prowazeck Bodies for Chlamydia trachomatis
