To answer the question, note that a right angle corresponds to #90°#. So, two right angles correspond to # 2 * 90° = 180° #, three right angles correspond (similarly) to # 270° # and 4 right angles to # 360° #. (Please try to memorise the values.)

Thus, any angle between # 0° # and # 90° # falls in the 1st quadrant, between # 90° # and # 180° # falls in the 2nd quadrant, and so on.

Now, an angle does not change if you add # 360° # to it, since it represents one complete rotation.

Following this rule, #-307° = -307° + 360° = 53° #, which falls in the first quadrant.
