4.54.5 liters of red paint.

Explanation:

As red and blue paints are n the ratio of 3:43:4,

for every 44 liters of blue paint, we need 33 liters of red paint

this means for every 11 liter of blue paint, we need 3/434 liters of red paint

and for 66 liters of blue paint, we need 3/4xx634×6 liters of red paint

i.e. 3/(cancel4^2)xxcancel6^3=9/2=4.5 liters of red paint.
