When Poe says: "while I pondered weak and weary." he uses the 'ea' combination in weak and weary which is assonance.
He also says; "twinkling, twilight and twin" using a combination of 'twi'
He also uses "over" "forgotten" and "lore," words that all use a long 'o' sound
