Only planets with some gaseous atmospheres can have “winds”.

Explanation:

In order of orbits:
Mercury: None. No atmosphere.

Venus has winds of 300 km/h. The results of two separate studies have revealed that these already remarkably rapid winds are becoming even faster, increasing to 400 km/h. http://www.esa.int/Our_Activities/Space_Science/Venus_Express/The_fast_winds_of_Venus_are_getting_faster

Mars: Wind speeds of 25.9 m/sec (93.24 km/hr) were recorded on sol 214 of the Viking mission. http://www.marsroverblog.com/discuss-29633-what-are-the-fastest-wind-speeds-observed-on-mars.html

Jupiter's Little Red Spot could blow earthly hurricanes away with winds of about 384 miles per hour, some of the highest wind speeds ever detected on any planet. https://www.nasa.gov/centers/goddard/news/topstory/2008/jupiter_lrs.html

Winds in Saturn's upper atmosphere can reach speeds of 1,800 kilometers (1,118 miles) per hour near its equator. https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/cassini/whycassini/planet.html

The winds of Uranus can blow clouds up to 560 miles per hour (900 kilometers per hour), while Neptune's winds can reach up to 1,500 miles per hour (2,400 kilometers per hour), the fastest planetary winds detected yet in the solar system. http://www.space.com/21157-uranus-neptune-winds-revealed.html

The average wind speed on Pluto is 450 km/s. http://astronomytoday.weebly.com/the-weather-and-surface-conditions.html
