It depends on whether its a boy or a girl.

Explanation:

For boys, they start growing more hair in the facial, underarm and pelvic regions. The penis grows larger as well as the scrotum. Their voice tends to deepen and mature. Pimples will break out across the face and possibly back. Some boys will also have growth spurts.

For girls, they will also start to grow hair in the underarm and pelvic regions. They will begin their menstrual cycle (period). The breast will grow larger. Voice may mature slightly but doesn't really deepen.
