Excess Drinking of alcohol leads to deposition of fats in the liver , which damage the liver ( condition called as Cirrhosis )
If liver stops working , conversion of ammonia into urea wont take place. There will be deposition of Ammonia which is highly toxic to the cells and it requires lot of water for it's elimination )
Person will die for sure.
