Zeros of #f(x)=(x+1)^2(x+7)# are #-1# and #-7#.

Explanation:

As the function is product of monomials, it is easier to find zeros of #f(x)#.

Zeros of a function, say of #x#, are those values of #x#, for which #f(x)# becomes zero.

As #f(x)# is a product of monomials. if any monomial becomes zero, the function becomes zero.

Hence zeros are given by #x+1=0# i.e. #x=-1# and

#x+7=0# i.e. #x=-7#

Hencem zeros of #f(x)=(x+1)^2(x+7)# are #-1# and #-7#.
