$->|3-5r|-1=6$ and add $1$
$->|3-5r|=7$

Now there are two possibilities:
(1)
$3-5r>=0$ this is when $r<=3//5$ :
$->3-5r=7->-5r=4->r=-4//5$

$3-5r<=0$ this is when $r>=3//5$ :
