First note that #y>=2 forall x in RR#

If we consider only the least case for #y# we have:

#y=x^2+2#

This is the standard parabolic function #y=x^2# transformed ("shifted") 2 units positive ("up") on the #y-#axis.

All points greater or equal to the least case are therefore shown as the shaded area on the graph below.
