horizontal asymptote at y=3
Vertical asymptote at x=0

Explanation:

If you look at the equation, there is one evident asymptote which is when x=0,it's a vertical asymptote since x≠0
THe other one is when xrarr+-oo, yrarr3 So y=3 is a horizontal asymptote
To caculate the intercept with the x axis, put y=0
0=7/x +3 So 7/x=-3 and x=-7/3
