Explanation:

To graph draw the axis and your middle axis is the x-axis since C=0. From the x-axis go up 3 and go down 3 units then draw your highest and lowest or upper bound and lower bound. To sketch the graph you start from zero since D=0 and go in increments of 1 unit each time. Note that you only need five sinusoidal points to sketch one cycle but you can always continue your graph as it is going to infinity.
