So we plot the line #y=2x-5# but use a dotted line.

As we have #y># we may select any value of #y# that is greater than the #y# for #y=2x-5#

So for a given value of #x# there would be an infinite values of #y# apart from that on the line or below it. Thus we have a region of permitted values.
