Let us select some values of $x$ in multiples of $5$ , such as ${-20,0,20}$

Corresponding values of $y$ are one-fifth of that i.e. ${-4,0,4}$

So the three points on graph would be $(-20,-4)$ , $(0,0)$ and $(20,4)$ .

As $y=1/5x$ is a linear equation, hence straight line joining these points will give us the desired graph, which is like this
