Explanation:

Let us select some values of x in multiples of 5, such as {-20,0,20}

Corresponding values of y are one-fifth of that i.e. {-4,0,4}

So the three points on graph would be (-20,-4), (0,0) and (20,4).

As y=1/5x is a linear equation, hence straight line joining these points will give us the desired graph, which is like this
