It depends on whether you allow negative values for r.

If you allow negative values for r, then the graph is a line that passes through the origin and the polar point #(1,pi/6)#.

If you do not allow negative values for r, then the graph is a ray that starts at the origin and passes through the polar point #(1,pi/6)#.

Both the origin and the point #(1,pi/6)# are easily plotted on polar graph paper.

If you do not have polar graph paper you can plot the line:

#y = tan(pi/6)x#
