Use $Y=mx+C$ or $Y=mx+B$ where;

$Y$ is the $y$ coordinate, $m$ is the gradient and $c$ is the $y$ intercept.

Multiply $2$ by the $x$ value, then plus $7$ to the answer to get the $y$ value for the certain $x$ coordinate. For example...

for $x=2$

$y = (2 xx 2 ) + 7 = 4+ 7 = 11$

We get $color(red)( (2,11)$

Do this for around 5 values, with some negative and positive:
