slope = 2
y-int = 7

#y=2x+7#

this function is already in slope intercept form #y-mx+b#

m = slope
b = y-intercept

m=2
b=7

so mark the y axis at 7 and then your slope is #m="rise"/"run" = 2/1#

so up 2 over 1 a few times mark that point and the draw your line that intersects both points.
