If you're looking for #p#, then you want to isolate it, or get it by itself. by doing that, what you want to do first is get rid of the numbers on one side and have only #p# on one side.

#p/8-2>6#

First, add 2 to move that -2 to the other side
#p/8>8#

Next, multiply by 8 to get rid of the denominator of the fraction
#p>64#

As an inequality, the answer could be anything that is larger than 64. For example, the answer could be 65 or 65000000 as long as it's bigger than 64
