On the trig unit circle:
sin t = sin ((16pi)/3) = sin ((4pi)/3 + 4pi) = sin ((4p)/3) = - sin ((pi)/3) = -(sqrt3)/2

cos t = cos ((4pi)/3 + 4pi) = cos ((4pi)/3) = -cos ((pi)/3) = -1/2

tan t = -sqrt3

cot t = -(sqrt3)/3
