By taking derivatives,

$f(x)=x^4 Rightarrow f'(x)=4x^3 Rightarrow f''(x)=12x^2$

Since $f''(x) ge 0$ for all $x$ , $f$ never changes its concavity.

Hence, $f$ has no inflection point.
